Within how many days can I return my order?

Within 14 days, the return period starts on the day of delivery.

What is the shipping time?

Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day, otherwise the next business day.

For personalized products and Lifestyle & Gifts products, a processing time of 2 – 5 business days applies. Delivery varies per product, for information see the shipping schedule for the relevant product.
