RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Saluza Collective, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our return and refund conditions carefully before placing your order.

1. RETURNS

A) Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Because these items are created specifically for you (names, designs, dates, customization), they cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • A manufacturing error occurred
  • You received the wrong product

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@saluzacollective.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item free of charge.

B) Kidswear, Fashion & In-House Collection

You may return non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in original condition
  • Tags (if applicable) are still attached
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are free

Go to our Returns page and fill in the form and hit submit, we will send you a shipping label within 24 hours.

2. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless an error was made by us
  • Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of damage or incorrect production
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
  • Refunds can only be processed once the returned item is received and approved

3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees, unless fault is on our side
  • Any customs/import duties or taxes

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

4. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, misuse, or damage not caused by us cannot be accepted
  • Items returned without contacting us first cannot be processed
  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages due to multiple production partners
  • Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer cannot be refunded
