Return & Refund Policy
At Saluza Collective, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read the return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
1. Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of personalized items (names, dates, custom texts), returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing error
- You receive the wrong product
If any of the above applies, please email us at info@saluzacollective.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the item and your order number. We will replace the item free of charge.
2. Non-Personalized Products
If you're not satisfied with a non-personalized product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is returned in the original packaging
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
Please email us first at info@saluzacollective.com before returning any item. We will provide the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake
- We do not offer refunds on personalized items, unless they are damaged or incorrect
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping fees. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for any returns.
