3. Products & Personalization
Saluza Collective offers both standard and personalized products. Customers are responsible for submitting correct names, text, or details.
Personalized products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing error or damage.
4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in euros (or automatically converted to your local currency via Shopify), and include VAT where applicable.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received via one of the accepted payment methods on the website.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide.

The production and delivery time vary per product and are clearly stated on each product page.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping costs are fixed at €6.95 per order, automatically converted to your local currency at checkout.
6. Liability

We take great care in producing and packaging your order.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product in question.

Minor color variations may occur due to differences between screen displays and printed products.
7. Returns & Cancellations

Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, at the customer’s expense, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Contact us at info@saluzacollective within 7 days of delivery with clear photos if your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
8. Complaints & Disputes

Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery via email.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, texts, and images on www.saluzacollective.com are the intellectual property of Saluza Collective. Use, copying, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

Saluza Collective reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing orders.
