Refund policy

At Saluza Collective, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read the return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

🔄 Returns

1. Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of personalized items (names, dates, custom texts), returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing error

  • You receive the wrong product

If any of the above applies, please email us at info@saluzacollective.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the item and your order number. We will replace the item free of charge.

2. Non-Personalized Products

If you're not satisfied with a non-personalized product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • It is returned in the original packaging

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

Please email us first at info@saluzacollective.com before returning any item. We will provide the return address and instructions.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake

  • We do not offer refunds on personalized items, unless they are damaged or incorrect

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any returns.
